It's no secret that nutrition and fitness go hand in hand. As your Nutrition Coach, I will help you to navigate the world of contradictory nutrition advice, and determine what changes are necessary for you and your unique body. I'll look at not just your nutritional intake, but also your lifestyle as a whole, and together we will work towards creating sustainable life-long changes towards better health. I'm not only your coach, but your accountability partner. Together, we'll work hand- in- hand to get you where you want to be.
My nutrition coaching program includes but is not limited to:
Personal Training & Nutrition Coaching programs can either be done in conjunction with each other, or on their own as well.
My nutrition coaching program includes but is not limited to:
- A 3-6 month commitment to help us achieve your nutrition goals.
- Weekly or bi-weekly calls, that involve inquiry, conversation, listening, teaching points, experimentation, exploration and well-chosen action steps (30-60 minutes).
- Measurable data that we'll evaluate periodically.
- Weekly check- ins as needed for accountability, support, or any questions that may arise.
- A variety of recipes, information, and other hand out materials.
- An interactive online app that makes tracking, goal setting, and accountability easy!

What is Nutrition Coaching?
Nutrition Coaches bridge the gap between the desire to be healthy and actually being healthy, assisting clients with every step of the process. No fad diets, super restrictive calories, or quick fixes here, but rather a holistic approach to changing your health from the inside out. What does that mean? It means that YOU are unique - your lifestyle, your habits, your preferences, your history, etc.
As a certified Nutrition Coach, my role is to help you build lasting habits that allow "eat better" to become easy, consistent, and automatic.

How is Nutrition Coaching different from a Registered Dietician?
Registered dietitians (RD) are experts in food, diet and nutrition. They undergo more education and training than nutrition coaches do—and this extra training qualifies them to do Medical Nutritional Therapy (MNT). They usually work in a medical or hospital setting, in conjunction with other healthcare professionals, but can have their own practice as well. RD's are able to treat medical conditions such as diabetes or other acute or chronic health conditions with prescribed dietary plans and healthier nutrition & lifestyle choices. Nutrition Coaches can not prescribe a dietary meal plan to treat conditions, but rather can lead individuals to make healthier lifestyle choices through support and a systemic approach.
